How Payment Works for Private Telephone Consultations

Costs:

Costs for office visits or distance telephone sessions are
$125 per 50 minute session hour for both individuals and couples. Extended 80 minute sessions are also available for $200.

Prepayment for a minimum of 3 sessions is required.

Prepayment Discount:

 Discount packages of 10% off the total are available
for 6 sessions when prepaid (save $75).
Discount packages of 15% off the total are available
for 12 sessions when prepaid (save $225).

All fees for telephone and online services are due in advance
and payable by credit card or check
through the PayPal webpage located on this site.

All retainers are non-refundable
and must be used within 90 days of purchase.

Insurance Information

In order to protect your privacy and ensure continued quality of care, Dr. Bouchard does not participate with managed care/insurance programs. At your request a receipt and diagnosis of your condition will be provided to you for a small administrative fee that you may present to your insurance company to attempt to obtain reimbursement.
