Unlike generic services, Dr. Michael uniquely brings over thirty years experience in private practice as a practicing clinician, sex researcher, graduate school professor of human sexuality and counseling psychology, author and expert in both the fields of sexology and relationship counseling. Your emails are received, read by and responded to by Dr. Michael personally and by no one else. Response lengths vary according to the question asked, however, on average range from 300-1000 words, though often more extensive whenever needed. Replies are guaranteed within a few days at most once payment has been processed. Whenever possible emails may be answered within the same day.

CLIENT AGREEMENT
To initiate and continue treatment
that best ensures therapeutic effectiveness while under Dr. Bouchard’s care,
ALL clients must agree to be bound and adhere to the following:
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Client agrees to meet for
uninterrupted consecutively scheduled once-weekly sessions
throughout the course of therapy until termination
(Unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon).
2. Client agrees to make full payment for all
canceled or missed scheduled appointments.
3. Client agrees that all retainer payments
are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire 90 days from purchase.

Insurance Information
In order to protect your privacy and ensure continued quality of care, Dr. Bouchard does not directly participate with managed care/insurance programs. All fees for sessions must be paid to Dr. Bouchard directly by clients PRIOR to delivery of service.
At the client’s request, a billing receipt and diagnosis of your condition will be provided to you (for a small administrative fee) that you may present directly to your insurance company to attempt to obtain reimbursement.
Dr. Bouchard does not guarantee, control, nor in any way whatsoever accept liability for approval and payment of third party reimbursement to clients.

CONFIDENTIALITY DISCLAIMER
